FHU-TRANSLAD coordinates multidisciplinary teams: geneticists, biologists, bioinformaticians, dermatologists, paediatricians, internists, organ specialists, psychiatrists, psychologists specialising in cognition, health economists, philosophers and ethicists.
- 5 rare diseases reference centres (CRMR) and 35 centres de competences (CCMR – linked to reference centres)
- 2 reference language and learning disorders
- 2 autism resource centres
- 15 clinical departments, paediatric and adult medicine of the Dijon Burgundy and Besançon CHUs
- 1 Functional Unit of Innovation in Genomic Diagnosis of rare diseases at the Dijon Burgundy CHU
- 6 certified research laboratories
- 2 Clinical Investigation Centres (CIC) of the Dijon and Besançon CHUs
- Over 60 clinicians, lecturer-researchers and researchers
It also coordinates with patient associations.

In parallel, the teaching activities of FHU TRANSLAD are audited by an Education Committee with representatives from:

The Scientific Committee
FHU TRANSLAD is audited every 2 years by an International Scientific Committee whose members are:
